The academic year of 2018-2019 has been pleasant and rich of experiences here at the campus of IBS Ranepa in Moscow. I took part in the Master in International Management for one year now and came to learn not only about business, but also Russian practices.
The university provides students a good quality price ratio of accommodation within the campus. A convenient way to start the program with the ability to reach classes in no time. Facilities on the campus are enjoyable such as the gym, tennis, swimming pool, soccer field and even a park to relax. The members of the IBS Faculty have their door always open and will at all-time assist you during your stay. A handbook explaining administrative and orientation is handed at the beginning of your program and will help you get around and get familiar with the campus. Only in summer period obviously as the winter is quite long and freezing! In overall, I would say this is an experience to take for the adventurous. For the curious, keen on broadening their vision of the world and its reality. Lot of students from diverse fields of study are to meet in the city.
Moscow has historical and modern museums, which will take you months to visit and enjoy. You can expect a variety of atmospheres around the city, traveling from one district to the other. My favorite is the district of Tverskoï and Arbat, there is a pleasant night scene and trendy places to have food or drinks. You will meet people which will make you stronger and whom will help you to think differently as we are in the West. Good luck!
