Russian-french exchange within the framework of the Erasmus+ program
In April 2019 Groupe IGS, represented by CIEFA Rhone Alpes and CEFAM, Lyon, France and IBS-Moscow RANEPA marked a year of successful inter-institutional cooperation in the context of Erasmus+ program.
In 2017-2018 within the framework of Erasmus+ student mobility, the Department of International Business and Business Administration of IBS-Moscow sent Anna Kolesnikova and Magomed Dalakov, second year students of the Bachelor in International Management program and Alexandra Ryzhkova, a fourth year student of the Bachelor In Human Resource Management Program, to study in Lyon, France. After her graduation in Moscow Alexandra Ryzhkova successfully continued her study in the French language master program in Lyon, France.

In February 2019 IBS-Moscow hosted a delegation of 28 students and professors from CIEFA Rhone Alpes, Lyon France. In the next 2019-2020 academic year, IBS-Moscow will welcome an exchange bachelor program student from CEFAM, who in addition to her studies at IBS-Moscow will also be undergoing an internship at the French Chamber of Commerce in Moscow.
In April 2019 in exchange for a Moscow visit of Oya Boyzbyk, a professor of English Language in Lyon, Elena Arbuzova, a senior teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages and Elena Nosova, a lecturer in management, received an invitation to visit CIEFA Rhone Alpes and deliver classes to French students.
Elena Arbuzova: «I accepted such an interesting invitation with great pleasure! It was both useful and pleasant to acquire teaching experience at the French university CIEFA Rhone Alpes, to communicate with French students and colleagues who came to IBS-Moscow in February 2019. Students asked me questions about Russia, they were interested in our culture and told me about France with enthusiasm. It was definitely a valuable experience!».
As part of the staff mobility program Valida Mechri and Malgorzata Woch visited IBS-Moscow from the French side, and in return, Irina Kolesnikova, the Dean of the Department of International Business and Business Administration IBS-Moscow, Evgenia Pashkevich, International Program Director of IBS-Moscow, and Zemfira Galimullina, Coordinator of international student mobility visited CEFAM in Lyon.
The potential of the European Erasmus + program is difficult to overestimate. It is important to note that the exchange of best practices among faculty members, the development of professional skills among staff, the learning and life experience gained by students in France, will ensure the implementation of the principles of internationalization and create a serious basis to continue and expand cooperation between IBS RANEPA and Groupe IGS.
